Emotional wellbeing
Children are supported everyday with development of social interaction, resilience, mutual respect, restorative skills and self-reflection techniques. This may be done individually, as part of a small group or through whole class teaching.
his will be taught as part of the RSE/PSHE curriculum which is embedded throughout the school and is reflected in the school's restorative behaviour approach.
Abbie Bewick, our Education Mental Health Practitioner will be in school each Thursday to work with targeted children/groups.
Some of the interventions Abbie will be delivering are the Friends intervention and anxiety awareness.
